Rules:

Maximum occupancy: 6 (includes overnight & day guests of all ages)

No Pets. No smoking. No parties. No fireworks.

Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Guest must sign rental agreement

Maximum vehicle limit: 3 

All amounts are in USD ($):  All billing is done in USD ($) only.

Payment:  50% of total amount is due at time of booking with remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival

No Host Cancellation GUARANTEED:  We are so confident that we will never cancel a guest’s confirmed stay that we will pay you $200 if we have to cancel your stay for any reason - within or outside our control.  We offer this guarantee to our direct booking guests only as we are unable to offer it through an online travel agent. 

Guest Cancellation Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival; 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival; No refund within 14 days of arrival

$300 security deposit: For payment by credit card, this will show as a 'hold' during your stay and will not be charged unless there are damages

A/C unit can not be set below 72℉

Check-in time is 4:00 pm & check-out time is 10:00 am

Community quiet hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
