Welcome to Monorail Silver at Windsor Hills resort which is 2 miles from Disneyworld! As you open the door to this renovated townhome, you are greeted with cool air, inviting decor, and a fresh & clean home. Each of the 3 bedrooms are set up with Smart TVs with free cable, ceiling fans, new sound dampening windows, and have direct access to a custom-tiled bathroom. The ground floor bedroom is tropical themed with a queen bed and the ensuite bathroom boasts a dual showerhead system including a luxurious rain head. The additional two bedrooms are upstairs. The nautical themed bedroom has a king bed with a subtle nod to pirates and mermaids. The matching ensuite bathroom has a pebble shower floor with a rain showerhead as well as an additional mounted ceiling fan. The Star Wars themed room has a queen bed and twin pull out chair bed and includes a gaming system, lightsaber lamp, and is suitable for all ages. The Star Wars bathroom has a tub and shower decked out in 3D tiles. Upstairs you will also find a full size washer and dryer. Back on the main floor, you can enjoy the open concept kitchen and family room which has wall to wall glass doors leading to your private lanai and splash pool which backs to open space. The splash pool meets & exceeds Florida statute pool safety standards including a door alarm and a safety fence. And the location can't be beat - quiet with no rear neighbors yet only a 6 minute walk to the community center!

SECURITY CAMERAS: This property is equipped with security cameras at the front door (including a video doorbell) and on the back of the pool patio. The cameras face out toward public areas and neither face the home interiors or inside the back pool area. We use these to protect our home and check occupancy, not to watch you - we sadly still have day jobs.
POOL HEATER: Pool heat is FREE. The pool is naturally heated by the warm temperatures in the summer so the pool heater is turned on November thru May. Please note the pool heater works thru heat exchange and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. The maximum temperature of the pool is between 85-88°F but during winter, the water may not heat up to its full capacity. There are no reimbursements due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue. A very long way to say that water cools off when it is colder & we don't control the weather, at least not yet.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the townhome will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning and property management company. Clean sheets and towels will be available. A mid-stay cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. If the townhome isn't clean upon your arrival, not only will I be completely mortified, I will rectify it - so please let me know of anything amiss.
VEHICLES: There is a maximum 3 vehicle limit. If you need more than 3 vehicles to park, then this size of home is not for you and I would suggest looking into a larger home.

I have been visiting central Florida since I was a small child. When my husband and I started our own family, we continued the tradition. It only made sense for us to purchase a vacation home in the area and our only regret is that we did not do it sooner! We chose our townhome in the Windsor Hills community because it meets our family's needs. We wanted a place we could decorate and add amenities that were important to us. We loved renovating the townhome when we bought it in 2019 and continue to make upgrades with every visit.Amenities
